Lifetime Learning, Inc. (“LTL”) does not guarantee academic performance in the use of its Lifetime Library (“Library”) as usage and actual results will differ with each individual User.
The characters and stories included in the Library are fictional and are included to lend support to the learning process and should not be viewed as a predicator of actual results.
Each individual User will be responsible to protect the integrity of the Password and User Name they have been provided by. LTL will not be responsible for other persons entering the Library using the password and User Name provided by LTL, which may cause the intended User’s records to be changed or otherwise altered.
LTL is also not responsible for the performance of the intended User’s Internet Service Provider (upload and download speeds, uptime, etc.), which can vary from provider to provider.
Limitation of warranties
LTL is not responsible for whether or not the Library can run on any given computer. The Library has been designed to work optimally when systems are configured in the manner detailed within the website.
- The minimum operating requirements can be found and are available within the Lifetime Learning (Lifetime Library) website in FAQ’s and other sections.
- The educational content that can be found in the Library or this website has not been designed or meant to be all encompassing or be substituted for other elements of education that can be found and/or used in the classroom.
Note: Customers are responsible for running programs that prevent viruses, spyware and malware from infecting their computers. In addition LTL is not responsible for uncontrollable events (i.e. acts of War, Nature, God, etc) that may make the Library unavailable over the Internet. When or if such situations arise, LTL will attempt to minimize server downtime to the extent possible.
LTL will endeavor to respond to customer service and technical support matters in a timely manner. Such issues will be addressed based on the order received, which may not always be within the timeframes presumed by the customer.

Lifetime Library Functions:
In order for individuals to gain access to the Lifetime Library®, it is necessary for Users to provide their User ID and Password. To obtain technical support or customer service, it may be necessary for you to provide your name, address, phone number, an email address and User ID and Password. Lifetime Learning will maintain this information along with your account ID on their server after your purchase.
The time spent working on the Lifetime Library®, and the results of all tests taken are maintained on Lifetime Learning’s server. Lifetime Learning does not share this personal information.
WHAT ARE ‘COOKIES’ AND HOW DO WE US THEM?
Lifetime Learning may use ‘cookies’ to track and record purchases from our online store. Session cookies are used when you access the Library as a User. Session cookies use a small string of text/data that is temporarily stored on the computer while you are working. Session cookies are deleted when you exit from the Library and close the URL. We will collect IP addresses for system administration and to generate aggregated information to monitor our website traffic.
